CONVENIENT WAYS TO ORDER

Placing your gift order with The Sweet Basket Company is quick and easy. Whether your order is placed via our secure website or through one of our   courteous and knowledgeable customer care representatives, you can be assured that your gift order will be processed promptly and with special care.

For secure and convenient online shopping, simply select your special gift and click “Add to cart” .

All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption by our payment processor, Moneris Solutions.

You may fax us your order at 514.683.4945. For your convenience you may download and fax us your order using our Multiple Order Form.

Please be sure to complete the Billing and Recipient fields. Your personal greeting may be added to each gift.

Simply email us your order at orders@thesweetbasket.com, and a Customer Service representative will contact you to finalize your gift order.

We welcome Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Online Interac, PayPal, money orders, personal checks, and all major international credit cards.

  • Please note the billing address submitted with your gift order must be associated with the billing details of your credit card.
  • For your protection our office performs certain verifications with our credit card processor.
  • It is at the discretion of our office to cancel any order we feel may be suspicious

CORPORATE BILLING

  • We offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts. Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.
  • Requests are processed during the months of February through September only.

Kindly note all transactions are in Canadian currency. Currency exchange and currency rate will be determined by your
financial institution once the transaction charge is processed.

Sales tax vary be destination and country.

Planning ahead for an upcoming holiday or special occasion? Now you can select your ship date in advance.

Simply enter your desired date of delivery in the Delivery Date field, and we will take care of the rest.

Order Processing Times

Gift orders are processed Monday to Sunday. All gift orders received by our office before 10h00 am EST for local delivery in the Montreal and surrounding areas are processed and delivered same day, unless requested otherwise.

Orders received for local hand delivery after 10h00 am will be scheduled for the next business day.

For holiday gift orders during peak season ( Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day), please allow 1-2 additional days for processing due to high volumes.

Gift orders received by our office before 02h00 pm EST for shipping via our carriers (U.P.S., Purolator Courier, Canada Post)  are processed and shipped the same day, unless requested otherwise.
