Simply download and print our PDF Multiple Gift Order Form and provide us with the names and complete addresses of your gift recipients, the gift designs you wish to order, your personal greeting you wish to include with your gifts and  your complete billing address to orders@thesweetbasket.com We will contact you to confirm receipt of your order and obtain your payment details shortly thereafter to finalize your order. Please note we also welcome Word or Excel attachments.
