First I want to thank you for expediting our order so quickly. I was amazed it arrived in Ottawa by noon the day after I ordered it.  I also want to thank Josée (I hope I have spelled her name correctly), so much, for following up on the email below and a phone message and tracking the box to the mailroom at the hospital where it was waiting for delivery!!! By the time I arrived at the hospital, she had left me a phone message telling me what had happened at the hospital. I was able to pick it up at the mailroom and deliver it to our friend’s floor.  This really made my day and want to commend you on such wonderful customer care and service! When I had initially placed my order online, I requested delivery the week of December 8th. After talking with my sister, I realized the package probably would not get to them prior to them leaving.  I called the customer service line and spoke with Susan. I understand that this is an extremely busy time of year for the business. That being said, Susan was courteous and polite, took the time to understand my situation, review with her manager, and call me back to let me know my package would be shipped that day. Incredible!  Thank you so much to Susan, and the rest of the team, for making this possible. You truly have the spirit of Christmas!!
